Is the diagnosis really free?
Yes. The wizard, the guides and the appeal letter builder run in your browser. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.
How long does reinstatement take?
Google says up to several weeks. Most well-documented appeals get an answer within one to two weeks. Sending a second appeal while the first is open restarts the clock.
Can every suspension be fixed?
No. Profiles for businesses that don't meet the guidelines (for example a home address in a category Google doesn't allow at home, or a business that doesn't serve customers in person or at their location) stay suspended. The wizard tells you when that's the case.
Will you fix it for me?
