Profile not showing up
Work down this list. Most 'missing' profiles are one of the first four.
Check these first
- Is it verified? Unverified profiles don't show for most searches.
- Is it suspended? Sign in and look for a red banner; if so, see the suspension guide.
- Is it a service-area business searching from far away? Google shows these mainly to people inside the service area.
- Did you search a generic term? New or weak profiles show for the business name long before they show for "plumber near me".
Then
- Hours and address complete, primary category correct, at least ten photos.
- A duplicate profile may be taking the ranking; search Maps for your phone number.
- Recent edits can hide a profile for a few days while Google re-checks it.
- If the pin is in the wrong place, people searching nearby won't see you; fix the pin.
